Terms of delivery
Deliveries in France, Luxembourg and Belgium:
We deliver items with a minimum value of €300 carriage paid.
All values are exclusive of VAT.
Transport damage
We are not responsible for transport damage and hidden damage, this is the responsibility of the carriers.
Please note the following points:
- Carefully examine the packaging on arrival. Notify the freight station immediately of any damage within 7 days at the latest, the forwarding agency or German parcel service within 3 days at the latest, the post office within 24 hours at the latest.
- Leave the goods and packaging undamaged until the damage has been assessed.
- Take photos if possible.
Should you do not assert your claims by yourself we need for adjustment of damages:
- factual statement,
- original way-bill,
- a transfer declaration given by you.
