Europe:
- minimum order value over 500,00 EUR - ex works (EXW)
- order value over 1500,00 EUR - free German border

Transport damages
We are not liable for transport and hidden damages, but railway, forwarding agency,
German parcel services or post as carrier.
Please note the following items:
- Examine incoming packing pieces outward thoroughly
For damage assessment inform immediately the goods station
within 7 days at the latest, the forwarding agency or German parcel service
within 3 days at the latest, the postal office within 24 hours at the latest. - Leave goods and packing unchanged till damage assessment.
- Take photos if possible.
- factual statement,
- original way-bill,
- a transfer declaration given by you.
